- Nov 2612:00 PMWeekly Mindfulness Meditation SessionsWhether you are an experienced meditation practitioner or a brand new beginner, you are welcome to attend weekly mindfulness meditation sessions in the Rooke Meditation Chapel on Tuesdays 12:00-12:50, beginning on September 17th. Kim Daubman, professor emerita and certified meditation teacher, will lead the sessions. Sessions will include some discussion of the benefits of meditation and how to sustain a practice, but the bulk of the time will be spent in guided meditation.
