- Apr 41:00 PMFilm Club - Film ChallengeThe Bucknell Film Club + Library & IT are hosting a Spring film challenge from April 4- 6th.All students are invited to participate and your team can be as small or as large as you'd like!The film challenge will begin on Friday April 4th @ 5pm, in which students will be issued a prop that must be included in their short film, and should have a nature theme.All teams will need to submit their final film by midnight on Sunday April 6th. You'll have approximately ~55 hrs! Library equipment and resources will be available for reservation in advance of the event, and students are encouraged to utilize these resources while creating their short films. Including our Bucknell Media Databases All submissions must be film, edited, and submitted by April 6th @ 11:59pm Final films will be screened at a showcase event on April 15th at the Campus Theater in downtown Lewisburg. Submissions will be judged and an assortment of prizes will be awarded. There are no fees to participate. Since retirement she serves as a Hospital Chaplain at Geisinger Hospital. Her life's focus is Peacemaking and Spirituality — which are serious pursuits. David J. Bauman is the author of three poetry chapbooks, including Angels & Adultery (2018) and a collaboration with his son Micah called Mapping the Valley: Hospital Poems (2021), both from Seven Kitchens Press. David is the executive director of Snyder County Libraries Inc. in Selinsgrove.

Join us for refreshments and a curated exhibit to mark the launch of Bucknell's innovative digital fashion archive. The Bucknell Fashion Archive features clothes and fashion ephemera seeped in Bucknell history. The new digital archive offers a glimpse into the past while paving the way for future explorations in dress history and textile preservation through an accessible digital platform. There will be opening remarks by Professor Carly Holzwarth, head of Bucknell's Costume Department and the archive presentation will be given by Natalie Shoch, Costume Shop Manager.
