Whether you are an experienced meditation practitioner or a brand new beginner, you are welcome to attend weekly mindfulness meditation sessions in the Meditation Chapel on Tuesdays 12:00-12:45, beginning on January 21st. Kim Daubman, professor emerita and certified meditation teacher, will lead the sessions. Sessions will include some discussion of the benefits of meditation and how to sustain a practice, but the bulk of the time will be spent in lightly guided meditation. Rooke Chapel's choir will be practicing every Sunday morning at 9:30am lead by Dr. Caleb Hopkins.

Rooke Chapel provides childcare services from 11am-12pm during services.
