We can’t wait to welcome you to campus for New Student Orientation in August!

Every first-year and transfer student participates in this program focused on the three pillars of academics, community, and Bucknell traditions. During New Student Orientation, you’ll bond with classmates through a variety of social and academic events while becoming familiar with Bucknell and the many resources available to you. Your faculty will introduce you to the collegiate classroom, providing information about your fall course schedule and the many academic opportunities Bucknell has to offer. You’ll leave Orientation feeling confident, connected, and ready to find your place in the campus community.

We hope you will explore the New Student Orientation section of the Bucknell app, where you can check out the Orientation schedule, familiarize yourself with campus and downtown Lewisburg, find connections to resources, learn about the Common Reading, get to know your Orientation student leaders, and more!

New Student Orientation for the Class of 2028 and new Transfer Students will be held from Wednesday, Aug. 21 - Sunday, Aug. 25.
